About Role

Codemonk is the brainchild of passionate product engineers, data scientists and solution architects who solve enterprise problems and bring utilitarian ideas to life with finesse. Through this engagement, we are seeking someone that can transform our product ideations to visually appealing design artefacts.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the in-house design expert proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Infuse video editing and motion graphic into content creation pipelines.
  • Maintain design repos for quick-turnaround designs.
  • Design marketing assets, videos, and infographics.
  • Work on campaigns, blogs, and lead-generation materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Head to drive impactful visuals for Codemonk and its sub-brands like Zelevate.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in graphic design, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in infographics, animations, and marketing collateral.
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines effectively.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on user engagement.
