About Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team with daily tasks and projects. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and procedures in a real-world corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with orientation activities.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating and documenting employee issues and concerns.
  • Help maintain a positive work environment by participating in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
  • Requirement:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Qualification:
  • Students who are in the final year of studies and available for full-time internship for a duration of at least 4 - 6 months. Post internship subject to performance review, candidates will be offered a full-time role.
