About Role

At Codemonk, we’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience who’s confident in managing IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and handling client-facing IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT infrastructure: hardware, software, and networks.
  • Administer systems across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients.
  • Take handover from client locations and fulfill their IT-related needs.
  • Monitor systems, perform regular updates, and apply security patches.
  • Maintain IT inventory and proper documentation.
  • What You Bring:
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support/administration.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of basic networking and server configurations.
  • Great communication skills to work with both internal teams and clients.
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft (preferred but not mandatory).
