Codemonk is a dynamic IT services company specializing in AI, web, and mobile application development. With a growing global client base, we’re looking for a skilled Finance Manager to streamline our financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax, GST, and MCA guidelines.

Handle software export compliance, including SoftEx filings and reporting.

Manage international transactions, ensuring timely foreign exchange realization.

Ensure compliance with RBI / STPI regulations related to software service exports.

Develop and implement budgets for all departments and business functions.

Monitor company-wide spending and ensure alignment with budgetary goals.

Track and manage invoices for both domestic and international clients.

Ensure timely collection of payments and handle recovery of overdue receivables.

Prepare and present detailed reports on company expenses, revenue, and financial performance.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize financial health.

Assist the CEO with finance-related decisions, including profitability analysis and strategic planning.

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the company’s financial performance.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-4 years in a finance role, preferably in a software services or IT company.

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a plus.

Proven expertise in managing international payments and software export compliance.

Familiarity with SoftEx filings, RBI compliance, and foreign exchange regulations is highly desirable.

Proficiency in financial tools and software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

Excellent understanding of budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice management.

Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in payment recovery and compliance issues.

Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear financial insights to executives.
