About Role

Codemonk is a product engineering company that helps businesses develop cutting-edge AI, Web, and Mobile applications. Having worked with major clients like Unilever, Indiamart, Licious, and Unacademy, we are in a phase of rapid growth and looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our culture, talent strategy, and employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with Codemonk's business objectives, including scaling efforts, retention, talent development, and culture initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives in organizational development, culture building, and employee engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end processes from onboarding to exit and maintain employee records.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Lead regular performance reviews, appraisals, set KRAs & KPIs, and manage PIPs.
  • Identify training needs, organize sessions, and measure L&D program outcomes.
  • Optimize HR operations using tools (Zoho) and report HR metrics.
  • Design initiatives for team bonding, work-life balance, wellness programs, and mental health support.
  • Oversee hiring, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely closures.
  • Guide and support junior HR team members, ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or IT environment.
  • Expertise in recruitment, performance management, and L&D.
  • Proficiency with HR tools (Zoho or similar).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
