About Role

Codemonk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee software development projects from beginning to end, serving as a crucial link between clients and technical teams.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional agile teams through full project lifecycle while ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners to define and execute sprint goals
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining clear stakeholder communication
  • Monitor and report project health, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of total experience with 2+ years as Technical Project Manager
  • Previous hands-on experience as a developer or QA engineer
  • Strong technical background with ability to understand and communicate complex requirements
  • Experience with agile project management tools (Jira)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Bonus Points For:
