About Role

Codemonk is looking for an intern to join the Marketing department. Someone who can assist the team in conducting market research, social media management, content creation, and other related tasks.

What will you do?
  • Creating and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive website traffic and generate leads.
  • Content creation, writing blog posts, social media posts, and website copy.
  • Manage social media accounts and creating engaging social media content.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Support the team in coordinating events and other promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide fresh ideas and insights.
  • Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
