About Role
Role Overview We are looking for a Legal Intern / Junior Legal Executive to support day-to-day legal documentation and coordination work. This is an entry-level, execution-focused role suitable for fresh graduates or law students looking for hands-on corporate exposure. Key Responsibilities Agreement & Documentation Support 1. Maintain trackers for agreements under review, pending execution, and completed. 2. Maintain soft copies of signed agreements and ensure proper folder organization. 3. Update key details of signed agreements in a standard format (party name, date, validity, etc.). 4. Assist in initiating agreements for execution after internal approval. Coordination & Follow-ups 5. Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and signatures. 6. Follow up with external parties for agreement execution. 7. Coordinate with legal advisors for reviews and track feedback status. Basic Legal Checks 8. Cross-check reviewed agreements against standard internal checklists and templates. 9. Assist in reviewing customer Purchase Orders (POs) for basic legal points and escalate deviations.10. Track documents that require director signatures and assist in execution. Employee & Internal Records 11. Initiate employee confidentiality / NDA documents using approved templates. 12. Maintain records of employee legal documents. Reporting 13. Prepare simple weekly status updates on agreements and pending items. Eligibility & Skills • Law student / law graduate / any graduate with interest in legal operations • 0–1 year experience (freshers welcome) • Basic understanding of contracts and documentation (training will be provided) • Strong follow-up and coordination skills • Attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets and Google Docs Stipend / Compensation • ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on profile and experienceReporting To • Legal / Operations Lead What this role is not • Not a litigation role • Not a drafting-heavy legal role Focus is on execution, coordination, and documentation
