About Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern who has prior internship experience in recruitment and is eager to gain deeper, hands-on exposure to real-time hiring. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while working closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers. The internship is for 6 months and comes with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance, learning agility, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Codemonk, you will:

  • Source potential candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
  • Support the team in screening resumes and shortlisting profiles based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview flow.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
  • Assist in managing candidate communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support day-to-day recruitment operations and documentation.
  • Learn and contribute to the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet hiring timelines and goals.
  • Eligibility & Requirements
  • Previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
  • Hands-on exposure to interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment process and hiring workflows.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
