About Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various types of online advertising, particularly on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize expertise in different types of online ads, including display ads, search ads, and social media ads, to effectively promote our product and services across various digital platforms.
  2. Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and other relevant channels to achieve targeted objectives and maximize ROI.
  3. Develop marketing funnels that guide users from initial ad exposure to conversion on landing pages. Continuously optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages that align with campaign objectives and effectively communicate key messages.
  5. Create compelling and persuasive content for ads, landing pages, and other marketing collateral to engage the target audience and drive desired actions.
  6. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  7. Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximize ROI across all campaigns.
  8. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
  9. Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on managing online advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in running ads on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, with a strong understanding of their respective advertising platforms and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with external partners.
